Populatie
Subfertiele vrouwen die het OFO ondergaan 18 t/m 38 jaar, met regelmatige cyclus en zonder risicofactoren voor tubapathologie.

Inclusie

• 18 t/m 38 jaar.
• Spontane cyclus.
• Laag risico op tubapathologie op basis van voorgeschiedenis.

Exclusie

• Endocriene stoornis (PCOS, diabetes, hyperthyreoïdie, hyperprolactinemie – uitzondering goed gereguleerde hypothyreoïdie (TSH bij OFO 0.1-2.5mIU/l).
• Ovulatiestoornis (minder dan 8 menstruaties per jaar).
• Jodiumallergie.
• Mannelijke subfertiliteit (VCM <3×10^6 spermatozoa/ml).
• Geen informed consent.
